Custom Welding & Fabrication
The work behind the fence.
Fabrication is where the fencing work and the welding work are the same trade. Ranch entrances, gates, pens, sign frames, and structural pieces all start as steel that has to be cut, fitted, and welded properly. We fabricate for our own fencing projects and for customers who need a steel piece built to a specific job, whether that is a gate frame, a bracket, a skid, or a repair.
Fabrication work
Gate frames and hinges, ranch entrance structure and headers, sign frames, working pens and chute components, brackets, skids, and repair pieces. Jobs are built to the measured opening or the actual equipment rather than to a standard drawing.
How we build
Joints are notched and fitted, not butted and burned. Frames are braced against racking, open ends are capped, and welded areas are finished so the piece is not rusting from the inside out. On anything structural we build for the load it will carry rather than the minimum that will hold it on delivery day.
Finish and service life
Bare steel, paint, or powder coat, chosen for where the piece sits and how it will be used. Texas sun and weather are hard on unfinished steel, so finish is worth deciding at design stage rather than after installation.
Working from your drawing or ours
Bring a drawing, a sketch, or the actual opening and we will work from it. If something on the drawing will not hold, we say so before cutting steel.

Common questions about custom welding & fabrication.
Do you fabricate from customer drawings?
Yes. Bring a drawing or a sketch with dimensions and we will fabricate from it, and flag anything that will not hold before cutting material.
What finish options are available?
Bare steel with a protective coating, paint, or powder coat, chosen for the exposure and how you want the piece to age.
Do you do structural steel work?
We do steel fabrication and welding for ranch, agricultural, and light commercial applications. For engineered structural work, the design comes from the project documents and we build to them.
